Each Capsule Contains: Sambucus nigra (black elderberry) Equiv. to dry fresh fruit juice 2580mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 250mg Zinc (as gluconate) 3mg Gelatin capsule, calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose microcrystalline, croscarmellose sodium. No added: lactose, gluten, yeast, dairy or artificial colours of flavours.

Directions

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Intensive Use (12 years & over): 2 capsules, 2 times a day. General Immune Support: 1 capsule a day. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
