From the 6th of June 2023, Hardings Chemist & Post is RELOCATING, just 200m up the road, on the same side. New Location: CHRISTCHURCH SOUTH PHARMACY (Formerly Hardings Pharmacy) at 167 Colombo Street, Beckenham. (Opposite the Police Station / next to LiquorLand).
The Pharmacy’s Health Database is being moved and all patient files, dispensing history, item counts, repeats and private medical information will be transferred securely and safely to the new site - Christchurch South Pharmacy. This will happen over Queens/Kings Birthday weekend, ready to start on Tuesday 6th June 2023.
You will be able to collect your REPEAT and any HELD prescriptions and access any of you health information from our new site. Prescriptions can be collected in the same way or will be delivered direct to you as usual.

We will have a great team ready to greet you, and familiar faces. We aim to provide fast, professional, quality, friendly pharmacy services in a brighter more modern Pharmacy.
There is plenty of offsite accessible parking too, behind the Pharmacy and roadside.
We will have Prescription and OTC Medicines available, Medico Paks, Vaccinations, Health Advice, Private Consultations, Natural Health, First Aid, Passport Photos, Hair & Beauty, some Cosmetics and Skin Care.
The decision is not one we have taken lightly - ultimately it is positive change for the better. We will be able to serve you and our community, with quality pharmacy services, for another 100 years, in the same way, just in a new, close by location.

We are also a respected New Zealand Post Agency so can post Locally, Nationally and Internationally quickly and cheaply.
We supply Medico Packs with Free delivery and offer a Long Term Conditons (LTC) service.
Our trained Pharmacists can dispense and provide advice on Urinary Tract Infection Antibiotics, Sildenafil (Vigara/Vedafil) for Erectile Dysfunction, Conjuctivitis (Eye Infection) Antibiotics, Emergency Contraceptive Pill (Morning After Pill), and Prescription Medications including specialty Hospital Medications (HIV / Hepatitis).
In the unlikely event we do not have a Medication in stock, we can get it into the Pharmacy between 3 and 24 hours. Just call us or pop in and see our Team.
