Each Capsule Contains: Fenugreek Seed 600mg. Calcium, phosphate, magnesium stearate. No gluten, dairy, artificial preservatives, flavouring or colours. 

Dosage & Directions

Recommended Dosage: Take 2 capsules two to three times daily.
