Adults: Take one Centrum Advance tablet daily with water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Do not exceed a daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Low sodium formula. Contains colourings, Sulfite, caramel (from wheat) and tabletting aids.

In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or Poisons Information Centre immediately (Australia 13 11 26, New Zealand 0800 164 166). If taking other supplements, read label since supplements may contain the same ingredient.
